Booking Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. Cancellation charges are applied based on the time remaining until your scheduled pick-up:

| More than 24 Hours before pick-up | 100% Refund |
| 12-24 Hours before pick-up | 75% Refund |
| Less than 12 Hours before pick-up | No Refund |
Refund Process
Once a refund is initiated, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 working days.
Important Note
Please note that if you return the bike earlier than your scheduled rental period (Early Return), no refund will be provided for the remaining days, as the vehicle was exclusively blocked for your use.
