Welcome to JD POLYMERS (a unit of JD POLYMERS). By booking a bike with us, you agree to follow the rules mentioned below. These terms apply to all users renting bikes in Gurugram.
1. Eligibility & KYC
- Rider must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid Driving License is mandatory.
- KYC documents (Aadhar/Voter ID) must be submitted during booking. Original documents may be checked at the time of delivery.
2. Bike Usage & Rules
- The bike should be used only by the registered rider.
- Speed limit must be maintained as per local traffic laws. Extreme overspeeding may lead to penalties.
- Helmet is mandatory for the rider. We provide one helmet with each bike.
Note: Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. If found, the rental will be cancelled immediately without refund.
3. Damage, Theft & Repairs
- Any physical damage to the bike during the rental period will be charged to the user at actual repair costs.
- In case of theft, the user is responsible for filing an FIR and providing the copy to JD POLYMERS.
- Regular maintenance is on us, but flat tires or tube damages caused during the trip must be fixed by the user.
4. Payments & Late Returns
- Full payment must be made in advance for the chosen plan (Weekly/Monthly).
- Late return of the bike will attract a penalty fee per hour/day as per company policy.
- Fuel is not included in the rental price. The bike must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of the rental agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
