Refund & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to JD POLYMERS (JDE Mobility) (https://jdemobility.in). This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our scooter rental services.
Refund Eligible
Cancellation before vehicle allocation, duplicate payments, or service not activated.
No Refund
After vehicle allocation, T&C violations, fake documents, or partial plan usage.

1. Booking Cancellation

  • Customers can request cancellation before vehicle allocation
If cancelled before vehicle allocation: eligible for a 100% full refund, excluding any applicable payment gateway charges.

2. Cancellation After Vehicle Allocation

Once the vehicle is assigned or delivered:

No refund will be provided. Any unused rental period will not be refunded.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment ✓ Eligible
  • Payment deducted but service not activated ✓ Eligible
  • Cancellation approved before vehicle allocation ✓ Eligible

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions ✗ No Refund
  • Submission of incorrect or fake documents ✗ No Refund
  • Involvement in illegal activities ✗ No Refund
  • Late cancellation after service activation ✗ No Refund
  • Partial usage of rental plan ✗ No Refund
  • Wallet recharge delays or penalties ✗ No Refund

5. Custom Plan Policy

  • Custom rental plan payments are non-refundable
Failure to continue custom payments may result in:
  • Service suspension
  • No refund of previous payments made

6. Security Deposit (If Applicable)

Security deposit will be refunded:
  • After vehicle is returned
  • After inspection of vehicle condition
Deductions may apply for:
  • Damages to the vehicle
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Late return charges

7. Refund Processing Time

Step 1 — Request Submitted Contact us via phone or email with your refund request and payment details.
Step 2 — Verification Our team will verify eligibility based on this policy.
Step 3 — Approval Approved refunds will be confirmed and initiated.
Step 4 — Credit Refund credited to original payment method within 5–7 Working Days.

8. Payment Gateway Charges

Any transaction or payment gateway charges incurred during payment processing are non-refundable under all circumstances.

9. Company Rights

JD POLYMERS reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject refund requests based on verification
  • Deduct applicable charges before processing any refund
