1. Return Timeline
- The standard rental agreement is strictly for a period of three months.
- Upon completion of the three-month agreement, the rider is required to return the vehicle immediately.
- All accessories provided at the time of allotment must be returned along with the scooter.
Late Return Penalty
If a rider fails to deposit the vehicle on time after the completion of the agreed plan, a penalty of ₹500 per day will be charged for every day of delay.
2. Vehicle Condition & Missing Parts
- The company remains responsible for normal wear and tear of the scooter.
- However, the rider is fully responsible for paying against any part that is found missing from the vehicle at the time of return.
- The battery, charger, and other issued accessories must be in working condition as per company standards.
3. Plan Extension
If you do not wish to return the vehicle yet:
- Riders can extend their plan by depositing an extension fee of ₹200 for every extended month.
Total Loss & Theft Liability
In case of vehicle theft or total loss where return is not possible, the rider is fully responsible to pay the total amount of ₹60,000 (INR) for the vehicle and accessories.
