JD POLYMERS - Collection Policy
JD Polymers explicitly follows a "No Shipping" policy. Riders are required to visit our registered location for bike collection.
Bikes must be collected from our station at Rajiv Colony, Gurugram, after successful document verification.
Vehicle handover only happens once your KYC and initial rental payment are confirmed in our system.
Since you are collecting the bike yourself, you must inspect the vehicle condition at the station before signing the handover.
Your rental period starts exactly from the time of pickup at our station/office.
Collection is only available during our official business hours. Please coordinate with support before arriving.
By proceeding, you agree that JD Polymers is not liable for your travel to the collection point.
