Terms & Conditions

Welcome to JD POLYMERS (JDE Mobility) (https://jdemobility.in). By using our scooter rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Overview

JD POLYMERS provides scooter rental services under:

Weekly Plans
Monthly Plans
Custom Plans

All services are provided subject to availability and agreement terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, the rider must:

  • Provide valid identity and address proof
  • Submit accurate and complete information
  • Agree to all terms before vehicle allocation
If any information is found incorrect, the company reserves the right to terminate the service immediately.

3. Use of Vehicle

  • The rider must use the vehicle only for legal purposes
Any involvement in illegal activities will result in:
  • Penalty of ₹10,000
  • Permanent suspension of service
  • Legal action

4. Rental Duration

  • The standard rental agreement is valid for 3 months
  • After completion, the rider must return the vehicle with all accessories
  • Extension is allowed with a fee of ₹200 / month

5. Late Return Charges

If the rider fails to return the vehicle on time:

A late return fee of ₹500 per day will be charged until the vehicle is returned.

6. Wallet & Recharge Policy

  • Rider must recharge their wallet before the due date
If not recharged on time:
  • Late fee of ₹20 per 24 hours
  • Vehicle services may be stopped until payment is completed

7. Geo-Fencing Rules

  • Vehicles are continuously monitored via geo-fencing technology
If the rider crosses the allowed boundary after alerts:
  • Penalty of ₹2,000
  • Service may be discontinued

8. Damage, Loss & Responsibility

  • Company is responsible for normal wear and tear
Rider is responsible for:
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Damages caused due to misuse or negligence
In case of theft: The rider must pay the full vehicle cost of ₹60,000 (including all accessories).

9. Documents & Verification

  • All documents submitted must be genuine and valid
If false information is detected:
  • Service will be terminated immediately
  • No refund will be provided

10. Rider Declaration

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood all Terms & Conditions
  • All information provided is true and accurate
  • You agree to follow all rules and policies

11. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance or as per the selected plan
  • Custom plans must be followed strictly
  • Non-payment may result in service suspension

12. Termination of Service

JD POLYMERS reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Illegal activity is detected
  • Payments are not completed

13. Limitation of Liability

JD POLYMERS shall not be held liable for:

  • Misuse of vehicle by the rider
  • Legal violations committed by the rider
  • Any indirect or incidental damages

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana.
